Anyone who is a fan of reality television knows that you have to take the word 'reality' with a pinch of salt. It's no secret that producers could potentially get involved to some extent to make things a bit more interesting. It makes good television.

However, Love Island viewers are now speculating that not only are producers 'setting things up' to the expected degree, but they think some contestants might be too.

At the beginning of the series, fans were floored to see reality television legend, Joey Essex, walk into the villa. After settling into life on the island, Joey's ex-girlfriend, Grace, walked in and the two very quickly rekindled their romance.

Fans are speculating, however, that the pair never broke up at all. Instead, some people think that the two are still a real-life couple and potentially winning the show would be a good career move for them.

Here's what fans are saying.

To be fair, they do make an incredible couple and their chemistry is undeniable, but would Joey, Grace and even the producers risk that sort of stunt? We're not so sure!
