People are being urged to "walk like a penguin" to avoid slipping on icy surfaces.
It comes as weather warnings for snow and ice continue across many parts of the country.
The last thing anyone wants is an injury from falling on the icy ground.
With that in mind, people are being urged to "walk like a penguin".

So how do you walk like a penguin?
"Walk with a wide base, hands out of pockets, feet pointing outwards."
It's also important to wear footwear with grips for extra safety.
A quick reminder..... #sneachta
