There's a new man in the Mansion House.
The City Council last night elected Sinn Fein’s Mícheál Mac Donncha as the citys new Lord Mayor.
He takes over from Brendan Carr who was congratulated for his role in ending the Clery’s dispute and bringing in a Living Wage.
Micheal MacDonncha says one of the main issues he wants to tackle is the housing crisis.
