Transport bosses are under fire not spelling Irish names properly.
According to the Times Ireland edition, it's blamed "technical limitations" for not including thee fada on people's Leap cards.
State agencies have to provide services in Irish, but there's no provision obliging them to include the fada in names.
Activists, celebrities and Transport Minister Shane Ross are among those who've critcised the NTA over the issue.
