Justin Bieber won't be charged for hitting a celeb snapper with his jeep.
He accidentally hit the 57-year-old pap in Beverly Hills in July - and police say there were no violations by either party.
Officers say the star was cooperative after the incident.
It happened just days after he cancelled the rest of his Purpose World tour.
