The body was found this morning in the Coolscuddan area of Dublin.
Gardaí recovered the body of a man in the water at the Grand Canal in the Coolscuddan area this morning at about half 9.
The man’s body has since been removed from the water and the coroner has been notified.
Enquiries are ongoing.
Gardaí have said no further information is available at this time.
