St. Mary's Pro Cathedral have launched their "Unwanted Gift" campaign.
People are being urged to donate unwanted presents which will then be given out throughout the year to people in their homeless services and family hub.
Any and all items are welcome, as long as they haven't been opened yet.
Sister Patricia Somers, explains where the idea came from:
"One of the priests here in St. Mary's Pro Cathedral decided that a number of people get gifts at Christmas which are surplus to their requirements and they wonder what to do with them.
"It was decided to make an appeal.
"Since then every year on St. Stephen's Day we launch the unwanted gift appeal."
Unwanted presents can be brought to the crib in the Pro Cathedral, between 10am and 4pm, up to the 6th of January.
