The Irish Coast Guard have been called into action on the Northside.
They attended when a cliff walker got into difficulty.
A hiker who suffered a leg injury in Howth had to be rescued by the Coast Guard early this afternoon.
They say the person was a good distance away from the nearest road, so had to be taken across farmland to a waiting ambulance.
From there the casualty was taken to Beaumont Hospital, the person's injuries are described as not serious.
Emergency Services have reminded the public to be careful when enjoying the good weather.
They've also asked anyone who is calling 999 or 112 to take note of their GPS co-ordinates
