David Walliams will be the first presenter on a new nightly entertainment show, which will feature a different celebrity host each week.
The comedian says he's "thrilled" about being the first to front The Nightly Show - which is due to air on ITV next year.
The 30-minute episodes will include topical chat, studio games and celebrity guests.
