Dublin's Getting Hundreds Of Rapid Builds

900 rapid builds are to go up across Dublin.

The Irish Times reports that the city council plans to have over 70 percent of them apartments.

Just 22 modular homes in Poppintree have so far been built, with another 130 under construction elsewhere.
