Planning permission's been granted for a major tech hub in Dun Laoghaire.
Harbour Innovation Campus will be developed at the old ferry terminal.
The 20 million euro facility will be able to support up to a thousand jobs.
Ken Finnegan is Director of Technology and Innovation:
"We're going to have a thousand highly skilled people moving into the area, coming in to work in the Harbour Innovation Campus on a daily basis," he said.
"There's going to be an economic knock-on for the local area.
"We imagine the Harbour Innovation Campus will have a transformative effect on Dun Laoghaire and south county Dublin and will be an asset for Ireland for innovation."
