It comes after they were contacted by a vulture fund today.
Up to seven households are affected, including pensioners and people who are ill.
Calls have been made to extend the eviction ban during the pandemic, to prevent these situations.
The tenants in St Helen's Court apartments received letters today saying they face eviction next Friday.
Their homes are owned by a vulture fund and the move follows the lifting of the eviction ban, which was part of the pandemic 5km restrictions.
