Police have been seen flooding into the neighbourhood in the east on the city.
French media are reporting a suspect has been arrested.

A police source told Reuters that two of the victims have "life threatening injuries".
It's not yet clear if the attack is linked to the 2015 attack on the magazine's offices when Islamic extremists killed 12 people.
