A number of seizures have been made after a multi-agency operation this week targetting fly-tipping in Baldoyle.
Gardaí, including the Armed Response Unit, along with council reps set up checkpoints at a number of locations.
They were looking to catch bogus waste collectors and the people that use them.
A spokesperson for the council says they're now looking to identify the owners of the seized rubbish in order to prosecute them.
