A photographer who was at a boxing weigh-in at the Regency Hotel in 2016 has told Gerry 'The Monk' Hutch's murder trial about hearing gunfire during the event.
Mr Hutch is accused of murdering David Byrne, who was shot dead when armed men, three of whom were dressed as Garda, stormed the event.
The photographer said he was surprised to see armed Gardaí holding AK47s and after seeing them also wearing trainers, he said he thought it was 'bogus'.
The judges are now looking at CCTV evidence.
Mr Hutch denies the murder charge, while two other men have pleaded not guilty to facilitating the murder through the provision of certain vehicles.
