Unions say industrial action at Bus Éireann's now inevitable.
That's after the company outlined a new series of cost-saving measures.
They're expected to see staff wages drop by 10 per cent.
The plans include a blanket reduction in allowances, as well as cuts to overtime rates and sick pay benefits.
