The killer whale Tilikum, that inspired the Blackfish documentary, has died in captivity in Florida.
The orca took the life of a trainer at Seaworld Orlando in 2010.
Park officials say Tilikum had faced serious health issues including a persistent and complicated bacterial lung infection.

Tilikum fathered 14 calves while at the tourist attraction after arriving about 25 years ago.
He's believed to have been around 36 years old.
