An anti-lockdown rally at the HSE offices beside Heuston Station on Monday led to protesters intimidating commuters on the Luas.
The anti-lockdown rally began at the Garden of Remembrance before making its way to the HSE offices at Dr Steevens' Hospital.
Following the protest, demonstrators filed onto a Red Line Luas without wearing the appropriate face coverings as mandated by public health guidelines.
The wearing of masks on public transport is now mandatory, with the exception of reasonable excuses.
In the videos, protesters can be seen and heard hassling and intimidating commuters on the tram.

The Luas operator, Transdev, says it has forwarded the CCTV footage of the incident on the Red Line on Monday to the Gardai.
A Garda statement issued this morning indicates that an investigation has been launched into the matter:
"An Garda Síochána will investigate this matter and the advices of the Director of Public Prosecutions will be sought in respect of any further actions to be taken.
"Gardaí are aware of videos circulating on social media showing a number of individuals on public transport not complying with public health regulations."
