A man in his 30's been arrested on the Northside after a dangerous driving incident last night.
About 7.30pm, Gardaí in Lusk were alerted to a car being driven dangerously in the town.
The stolen car crashed into a number of parked cars in the Whitethorn Walk area.
The driver then abandoned it and he threatened another driver with a syringe in an attempted hijack.
At around eight 8pm, local Gardaí and members of the Armed Support Unit arrested a man in his 30's.
He's being held at Balbriggan Garda Station
It's emerged the stolen car was taken during a burglary in Maynooth, on Thursday.
