Eddie Hutch was shot dead in 2016
A man arrested over the murder of Eddie Hutch has been released without charge.
The man, aged in his 40s, was detained on Thursday.
It relates to the killing of Mr. Hutch - a brother of Gerry 'The Monk' Hutch - at his home in Dublin in February 2016.
He was shot dead in his home at Poplar Row in Dublin's north inner city three days after the murder of the Kinahan gang member David Byrne at the Regency Hotel.
Gardaí are working with the theory that the 58-year-old was shot in retaliation for the Regency murder, which escalated the feud.
A file is now being prepared for the DPP.
