Work has begun on the city's latest housing project.
Nearly 70 years after it was first built, St Mary's Mansions, in the north inner city, is set for a make-over.
The regeneration works will see 30 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments built for social housing.
The job is costing 21 million euro, with the development being managed by ClĂșid Housing.
All residents were given the opportunity to move back in once work is completed in 2019.
