
Bars, restaurants and nightclubs will have a new closing time of midnight from Thursday.
Less than a month after lifting the closing time restrictions on the hospitality sector they're being reimposed.

Government is also to advise people to work from home where practical from this weekend, while Covid passes will be required to enter cinemas and theatres but not for gyms and hairdressers.
A booster vaccine campaign for over 50s has been agreed.
While an entire household will be asked to self-isolate for 5 days if anyone in the house is a confirmed Covid case - irrespective of vaccine status.
614 people are in hospital with the virus, with 114 people in ICU's.
