Plan To Tackle Dublin Sprawl

11 counties are now effectively Dublin commuter towns.

While it's predicted 75 percent of new homes will be clustered around the city by 2040.

Housing Minister Simon Coveney will launch the new Ireland 2040 plan later.

It'll aim to strike a balance between urban and rural development.
