It's after Dublin City Council raised concerns over the historical stature of the building.

The Irish Times reports that Dublin City Council has taken issue with the protected nature of the 19th-century building.
It's asked CHQ owners to send a revised application for the food market over concerns the plans were too expansive and would affect its historical nature.
The proposed plans involved a space to host gala dinners for businesses locally and internationally.
DCC has asked the owner to scale back on certain aspects of the development.
Custom House Quarter Ltd must now submit new plans for the food market - taking the council's advice on board.
