Fianna Fail's accusing the Government of turning its' back on Dublin communities by opposing their scrambler laws.
The opposition party wants to give Gardai powers to seize bikes if they've been used dangerously.
But the Transport Minister says the guards can already do this and the bill would lead to confusion.
Fianna Fail's Dublin spokesperson is John Lahart:
"This is a cold, clinical, indifferent response to communities," he said.
"Any of you journalists in the media, you go out to Killinarden, to Kingswood, to Jobstown, to Oldbawn, to the Dodder Valley.
"This is the biggest single issue that's coming up on the doors in these areas."
