Simon Cowell's returning to the judging panel for "America's Got Talent" next season. NBC says he'll be reunited with Mel B, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel, who's the longest-serving judge. It'll be Cowell's second series on the show - after TV bosses said he's "boosted the panel's chemistry".
