A takeaway in south Dublin has been crowned the finest in the country.
Saba To Go in Rathmines has scooped the gong for Best Takeaway in Ireland at the Just East Awards.
The Thai and Vietnamese joint is set to benefit from a media support package worth 20-grand.
Paul Cadden is the Managing Director of the Saba Restaurant Group.
He says he’s thrilled for his team:
"We're working in kitchens with regulations and guidelines, both front of house and back of house, and they've really stepped up to the plate.
"I can't be more happy for them; this is the second year in a row we've won those awards.
"We won Best Takeaway in Ireland and in Dublin last year and Best Thai as well winning six awards in total this year.
"So we're absolutely thrilled."
