A TD has dropped the F-bomb in the Dáil while criticising the budget.
Independent TD Joan Collins accused Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil of not caring about real people in their plans.
She withdrew the language after the Leas Ceann Comhairle said it was unparliamentary.
