Ireland's Thomas Barr's agonisingly missed-out on an Olympic medal. Despite breaking his own National Record, he's come home fourth in the final of the 400 metre Hurdles in Rio. The Waterford native produced a trademark barn-storming finish down the home straight. But he missed-out on a podium spot by five-hundreths of a second.
