The numbers of first time home buyers under the age of 30 is continuing to fall.
A new report found they've halved in the last 16 years.
The findings - contained in a new study by the Banking and Payments Federation - also point to a recovery in the mortgage market to 2019 levels.
CEO of the Federation Brian Hayes says its concerning the decrease is continuing among the under 30's.
