Manchester City came out on top in their Premier League derby with Manchester United. They won 2-1 at Old Trafford.

Kevin de Bruyne and Kelechi Iheanacho with the City goals.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic was on target for United after a blunder by new City number one Claudio Bravo.

After the game José Mourinho bemoaned his side's first half performance and the performance of derby-day ref Mark Clattenburg: 'We had a few players below the level, and the team paid for it. . .I'm very disappointed with the two decisions from Mark because it's a penalty and a red card for Bravo'.

The City keeper had a few hairy moments dropping a high ball for Ibrahimovic's goal and losing control when put under pressure by Wayne Rooney, his recovering tackle seemed to catch Rooney on the heel however Mark Clattenburg was unmoved.
