
Irish Paralympian, Patrick Monahan, finished second at the Dubai Marathon on Friday morning.
Winner of the Dublin Marathon for the last three years the Kildare man was involved in a thrilling finish as he came home just three seconds behind the winner Rafa Botello in a time of 1:31:32.

Monahan, who's pb is 1:29: 41, next plans to compete in the Lisbon half-marathon in March.
He then faces a busy schedule in April with marathons in Paris, London and Seoul.
