Diarmuid Connolly says St. Vincent's won't underestimate Castleknock in Saturday's Dublin Senior Club Football Championship final.
Vinnies are aiming for their 28th Dublin title while Castleknock are in their first ever senior final - they were only founded in 1998.
The St. Vincent's captain says he's been keeping a close eye on their progress.
"Absolutely, we've watched a good few of their games. We haven't played them on the pitch, either in league or championship so they're a little bit of an unknown in that sense," Connolly said.
"I've watched them very closely on tape and I saw them live the last day against St. Judes. They're a very well drilled team. Really good talented individual players and they know how to win.
"They might be a young club - they came from 2012 winning a Junior and 2014 winning an Intermediate and now they're in a senior final in 2016. For a young side it's a massive step up for them but they look like they're going to be here to stay for a while.
"They're a young club with massive belief in what they're trying to do. It's really all about us at the moment. We've reviewed our game against Ballymun and we'll put a system in place to hopefully get a performance against Castleknock on Saturday."
