Ryan Crotty says the All Blacks have a point to prove at the Aviva Stadium this week-end.
New Zealand are aiming to dish out revenge against Ireland following their defeat to the Boys in Green in Chicago.
Centre Crotty, who's unlikely to play this week-end as he's still recovering from a hamstring injury, says his team-mates don't want to taste defeat again so soon.
"The boys were pretty gutted (to lose). No-one likes losing and certainly not our group of men," said Crotty. "We're just excited for the challenge and the opportunity this week-end."
The defeat in Chicago saw New Zealand surrender their eighteen match unbeaten run, something Crotty says will be a huge motivator on Saturday.
"I like to think we're always dangerous. After a loss there's always a bit of edge and there's a real hunger for those guys who played in the Chicago test to go out and put it right so there's a real excitement there as well."
Crotty spoke to FM104 Sport as he helped launch AIG Insurance's new discounts for drivers and their spouse/partners. The AIG Skills Challenge brought together the All Ireland Champions Dublin and the Rugby World Champions the New Zealand All Blacks’ for a head to head sporting clash in Castleknock College.
