Daly rules out Dubs return

Dublin Hurling fans have been saying a prayer in the last week, since former Dubs boss Anthony Daly stood down from Limerick's underage set up.

The Dublin county board are looking for a replacement for Ger Cunningham, after a particularly disasterous year.

After the announcemnt of Daly's departure from Limerick, odds were immediately slashed on the Clare native retuning to where he spent six years, guiding the boys in blue to a League title and Leinster Championship title.

Other names seemingly in the hat include, Cuala's Mattie Kenny or the former Dublin Football All Ireland winning manager, Pat Gilroy.

Daly spoke to FM104 Sport's Daniel Pitcher, at the launch of the new Eir Sports package on Tuesday, where he seemed to rule out any return, or atleast shy away from any discussion.
