The Irish Football community have been paying tribute, after Kevin Doyle announced his retirement from the sport.
In a statement, Doyle says he was taking medical advice, after 'heading the ball started to become problematic.'
The former Wolves, Cork City and St Pats man had suffered numerous concussions over the years, two this season, while playing for Colorado Rapids.
