Dublin players Brian Fenton and Michael Fitzsimons have both been shortlisted for the GAA/GPA Player of the Month for September.
Cuala's Fitzsimons was named man of the match in Dublin's All-Ireland final replay win over Mayo while Raheny midfielder, Fenton, is a strong contender for this year's Footballer of the Year award. They're joined on the shortlist by Mayo's Patrick Durcan.
Three Tipperary players are on the hurling shortlist - Seamus Callanan, John McGrath and Ronan Maher.
