Ireland under-21 international Adam Idah scored a hat-trick on Saturday as Norwich beat Preston in the FA Cup.
The Canaries won 4-2 at Deepdale.
Championship side Fulham beat Premier League opposition, overcoming Aston 2-1 at Craven Cottage. Ireland international Harry Arter was introduced with just over 15 minutes to go, and he scored the all-important winner a couple of minutes later.
There was also a shock at the AmEx Arena, where another top-flight club, Brighton, were beaten by Sheffield Wednesday.
The comeback of the day goes to Tranmere, who came from three down to earn a replay with Watford, while Brentford, Oxford United, and Southampton also advanced.
