They scored eleven tries in front of a record crowd of almost 16-thousand at Leicester's Welford Road.

Lark Davies and Sarah Bern had crossed over to give the home side the 10-0 lead at Welford Road at halftime.
Ireland were without 9 frontline players through injury and sevens selection.
