The draw for the 2027 Women's World Cup qualifiers has taken place with Ireland now learning who they'll face.
After earning promotion to League A, Carla Ward's side will be in group A2 and will face France, Netherlands and Poland.
Only the group winners will book a spot at the tournament in Brazil, but Ireland are guaranteed at least a play-off if they don’t qualify automatically, that all thanks to Abbie Larkin's late goal in Leuven which gave them victory over Belgium and secured their place in the top tier of the Nations League.
Group A1 sees Sweden, Italy, Denmark, Serbia
Group A3 has Spain, England, Iceland, Ukraine
Finally in Group A4 it's Germany, Norway, Austria, Slovenia
Ireland's six qualifying matches will take place across March, April and June next year.
