The Irish women's team have been drawn in a tough World Cup qualification group.
Colin Bell's side will play Norway, Netherlands, Slovakia and Northern Ireland.
Only the group winners qualify automatically.
Norway are top seeds and will feature at this summer's UEFA Women's European Championships in the Netherlands. Their path to the Euros saw them unbeaten throughout their qualification campaign, having won seven and drawn one of their group games.
The Netherlands will of course feature at the same European Championships as hosts, while Ireland can take solace in their recent win over Slovakia in Tallaght.
Head Coach Bell said: "Obviously, the draw is something you can't influence but looking at it, it's good for us logistically. There will be a bit of travelling with Slovakia but with the other nations, they're all pretty close which is great.
"I know Norway well having worked over there before and they've plenty of top players throughout the squad. Ada Hegerberg is one of the best strikers in the world and they've got plenty of quality on the wings as well."
Ireland's campaign gets underway September 19th when they make the short trip to Northern Ireland.
