The Leinster winger has only just qualified to play for Ireland through the residency rule.
Ireland head coach, Andy Farrell, has named his team to play Wales in the Autumn Nations Cup at the Aviva Stadium on Friday.
As expected Leinster's New Zealand born winger, James Lowe, is in for his Ireland debut.
Ronan Kelleher and Jamison Gibson Park also start, while Ulster out-half Billy Burns is in line to make his debut from the bench.
Jacob Stockdale starts again at full back.

Farrell says he's looking forward to seeing what Lowe can do.
"I'm as keen as everyone to see how he goes at international level," he said
"It is a different level, isn't it? But we've seen the potential of what he shows in the PRO14 and how he's fitted into life in Ireland, in and around the PRO14 for Leinster.
"We'll see whether that transfers or not into the international scene."
