Chiedozie Ogbene is out of the Euro 2024 qualifiers this month.
The Rotherham striker is suffering with a hamstring injury and joins Seamus Coleman, Ryan Manning and Andrew Omobamidele on the injury list.
Wigan Athletic striker Will Keane - who was in the last squad to face France - has been omitted.
Peterborough United midfielder Jack Taylor is included in the 25-man squad and could make his debut against Greece or Gibraltar, and Liam Scales and Mark Sykes have also been called up to the squad.

Evan Ferguson, Adam Idah and Troy Parrott are in the mix too, but there's no place for Everton's Tom Cannon.
Meanwhile, manager Stephen Kenny has said Caoimhin Kelleher is likely to leave Liverpool this summer.
The Cork goalkeeper has been included in the Ireland squad for this month’s Euro qualifiers with Greece and Gibraltar.
Kelleher only managed four appearances in all competitions this season, but has three years remaining on his contract.
