There's been some good news for Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp on Wednesday.

It has been reported that Adam Lallana is to sign a new contract at the Anfield club in the next 24 hours.

The 28-year-old looks set to put pen to paper on the deal which will see him remain a Liverpool player for three more years, with the option of an extra year after that.

Lallana has enjoyed a great season for the Reds and would be rewarded for his improved performances to the region of £110,000-a-week.

Lallana has netted seven goals and boasts seven assists in 27 Premier League appearances this season to help Jurgen Klopp’s side make a serious challenge for a Champions League place, currently fifth in the table.
