Jesse Lingard is facing a dressing down by Manchester United boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
He uploaded a crude video from Miami, where he was on holidays with team mate Marcus Rashford.
Former QPR boss, Ian Holloway, says Solskjaer has a job on his hands getting control of the dressing room.
"For me there's no way back," he said.
"This is a huge problem, and I'm glad I'm not anything to do with Manchester United at the moment.
"They are in turmoil with that dressing room, with Pogba the way he is.
"This manager now and his staff have got to sort this out.
"That is unacceptable for me.
