They secured the 6-5 success on spot kicks as the final was goalless after extra time at Wembley - in a repeat of February's League Cup decider.
It means they remain on course for an historic quadruple.
Manager Jurgen Klopp says he couldn't be more proud.
Liverpool remain in contention for an unprecedented four titles this season after last night's FA Cup win, their first since 2006.
