Sam Cane and Malakai Fekitoa have both been cited for allegedly dangerous tackles during Saturday's 21-9 win over Ireland in Dublin.
Cane was reported for the high tackle which forced Robbie Henshaw off inside the opening eleven minutes. The Leinster centre left the pitch in a neck-brace and on a stretcher.
Fekitoa, who scored two tries against Ireland on Saturday, was also cited for a high tackle. He received a yellow card for a tackle on Simon Zebo in the 49th minute.
Disciplinary hearings for both players will take place on Tuesday.
