Norwich promoted as Newcastle ease relegation woes

Norwich have secured a return to the Premier League without kicking a ball.

Brentford and Swansea both failed to win earlier to see the Canaries crowned Championship champions, spending just one season in the second tier.

In the Premier League, Newcastle beat West Ham 3-2 to ease their relegation worries. Joe Willock was the hero, scoring the winner less than 90 seconds after he was introduced as a second half sub.

They're now 9 points clear of the bottom three. For the Hammers, a late injury to Jesse Lingard was salt in their wounds.

Sheffield United meanwhile could be relegated later if they lose to Wolves.
