Niall Quinn has announced he's to step down from his role within the FAI.
The former Republic of Ireland international took up the position of Deputy Interim CEO back in January.
It follows the decision by Interim CEO Gary Owens not to put himself forward for the permanent CEO role.
In a statement, he says he'll remain available to the FAI until a new CEO is appointed.
