Liverpool extended their lead at the top of the table to seven points today. Mo Salah got the only goal in the second-half as they beat Brighton 1-0.
Shane Long got on the scoresheet earlier, as Southamton beat Leicester 2-1 at the King Power. The result lifts the Saints out of the relegation zone.
Elsewhere, bottom side Huddersfield picked up a rare point; they drew 0-0 away to Cardiff.
Burnley came from behind to beat Fulham 2-1, while Watford also picked up three points with a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
The players should'nt receive boos at F/T. They certainly put the effort in, it's a faulty game plan and lack of creativity that contributed to #lcfc being our own worst enemy
